(English Abstract)
Baculovirus System is a viral system that expresses proteins in insect cells. It is a vector system that uses baculovirus to infect and amplify insect cells. Since insect cells recognize most mammalian protein-targeting sequences, they can express a variety of proteins and have many post-translational modifications that occur in mammalian cells. The baculo virus system has important advantages in terms of safety, large scale and high levels of gene expression. In this study, pOPINEneo-3C-GFP vectors containing cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter, enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) and cancer suppressor gene p53 were recombined. The pOPINEneo-3C-GFP recombinant vector was infected with various cells and cell lines and the metastasis and expression of the genes were analyzed by comparing common vectors with controls. As a result of this study, pOPINEneo-3C-GFP recombinant vector showed higher efficiency in gene transfer and expression than control vector.
