(English Abstract)
Conventional group patch (GP) based image restoration method often ignores varying quality of estimated patches after group patch processing. In this paper, we evaluate the averaging problem in GP via two-stage scheme and study its characteristics. We propose an optimal weighting method via top N highest quality patches which shows potential improvement in image denoising application.
