The development of network and multimedia technology and needs for high resolution big capacity data have been continuously demanded. This paper proposes the Transcoding method for the real time and massive multimedia service. By changing the size of the video, in the proposed method to perform transcoding, it does not perform all of the steps to encode the video. Alternatively, when performing inverse coding, by applying the information collected predicted value when performing the encoding, we proposed a method for improving the performance of the transcoding.
