SW 2004: UK ORS Simulation Workshop March 23-24, 2004 Birmingham, United Kingdom Timetable and Deadlines: -31 October 2003: Submit electronically contributed papers not previously published or presented. The submission form and submission instructions can be found here. We also have the author guidelines available. Each submission must be a 3 to 10 page paper, including an abstract of less than 150 words. Submission implies that an author will attend the workshop to present the paper, and all clearance required for publication of the paper will be obtained by 6 February, 2004. -19 December 2003: Contributors will be notified whether or not their paper has been accepted. Instructions for preparing final manuscripts will be made available. -6 February 2004: Authors provide the final manuscript for printing in the conference proceedings. -6 February 2004: Submit 1 to 3 page papers for the PhD poster session. These should be submitted using the electronic submission form for full contributed papers. Submission implies that an author will attend the conference. All PhD posters will be published in the conference proceedings.
