Dear Colleagues: All are going well with regards to ICONIP-2000 (November 14-18, 2000) http://braintech.kaist.ac.kr/ICONIP2000, http://www.ICONIP2000.com The deadline for the submission of papers is going over. We have received very interesting and valuable papers from all over the world. They are going to be sent out for review. The deadline for the submission of regular papers was originally set as May 15, 2000. However, in response to many requests that we have received, the Organizing Committee has decided to extend it until June 15, 2000. We would very much appreciate it if you would make a note of it and submit a paper if you have not already done so. Please encourage your colleagues to submit papers too.
