We write to remind you that the ICDAR2003 conference website is open for online registration and accommodation bookings at Conference registration rates start at ?25 for IAPR members (?50 for students) before 6th June 2003, so register NOW if you wish to take advantage of reduced early-bird registration fees. The registration fee includes a reception on the opening evening of the Conference, Sunday 3rd August, a ticket for the Conference Dinner at Murrayfield, the home of Scottish International Rugby on Tuesday 5th August, all lunches during the conference, and morning and afternoon refreshments, as well as a copy of the Conference Proceedings. Accommodation at the conference venue at Heriot-Watt University can be booked simultaneously or separately, with single rooms starting at ?7.50 per night, superior single rooms with private facilities at ?7.50 per night, and some double/twin rooms available at ?5.00 per night. All room rates include full Scottish breakfast. The number of double/twin rooms is limited, so delegates who plan to bring a partner are advised to book soon. Bookings for the two Workshops (DLIA and WDA) and the Tutorial which will be taking place immediately preceding the Conference (2nd and 3rd August) can also be made via the website. All booking information (including credit card details) is conveyed by secure email to the Conference secretary, Julie Poole, and in the event that any queries or changes are necessary with respect to your booking request, you will be contacted by email before any booking transactions are confirmed.
