2009년부터 정부의 다양한 클라우드 활성화 정책이 추진되어 클라우드 산업이 비약적으로 발전하면서 기업과 인력이 늘어나고 매출액이 크게 증가하였다. 그러나, 국내 클라우드 시장이 글로벌 클라우드 기업 중심으로 성장하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 산업 조사를 바탕으로 공급자 관점에서 국내 클라우드 산업 활성화의 장애 요인들을 도출하고, 이를 완화하기 위한 제안을 한다. 도출된 클라우드 공급 기업의 역량 부족, 클라우드 사용자의 보안에 대한 우려, 클라우드로 인한 비용 절감 효과의 불확실성, 클라우드 관련법과 제도적 장애에 대해 클라우드 공급 기업의 역량을 강화 방안, 클라우드 보안에 대한 제도 운영 방안, 클라우드 비용 절감을 위한 단계별 도입 전략도 제안한다. 또한, 클라우드 활성화에 장애가 되는 법과 제도적 문제점을 도출하고 이를 개선하기 위한 제도적 방안을 제안한다. |
영문내용
(English Abstract) |
According to the Korean government's cloud activation policies, the Korean cloud industry has grown rapidly since 2009. As a result, the number and sales of cloud companies increased significant. However, the problem is that the Korean cloud market is growing led by global companies. In this paper, the researcher derived obstacles to revitalizing the Korean cloud industry through a survey of the cloud industry and a survey of cloud users. The obstacles are cloud provider's lack of capacity, cloud user concerns about security, uncertainty in the cost savings from cloud, and cloud-related legal and regulation problems. The researcher proposed to enhance the capabilities of cloud provider companies. To reduce the security concerns of cloud users, it is necessary to improve security certification systems. To improve the uncertainty of cost savings from the cloud, a step-by-step implementation strategy is presented from an individual company's perspective. Finally, the researcher proposed ways to address the problems of laws and regulations to revitalize the Korean cloud industry. |
