(English Abstract)
Buses are still one of the most important means of transportation in modern society. However, controversy over the bus's customer service has continued from the past. The Busan Metropolitan Government introduced a quasi-public management system in 2007 to resolve the controversy, but the controversy over customer service continued. In addition, the introduction of the quasi-public management system has limited the quality of customer service. Therefore, this study aims to identify the causes of service complaints that bus users have and present a plan to improve customer service using advanced ICT technologies such as RFID technology and Adavanced Driver Assistance Systems.
