스마트 기기의 급속한 보급으로 인하여 데이터 양의 증가도 급증하고 있으며 데이터 분석과 시각화의 중요 성 또한 증대되고 있다. 본 논문은 통신망 가입자 정보 분석을 통해 부가가치 창출과 마케팅 활용에 도움이 될 수 있도록 시각화 대시보드를 구현하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 통신망 가입자 정보를 이용하여 데이터 분석과 시각화 표현을 통해 가입자의 단골 가입 현황 정보와 월별 추이, 매장 별 단골 가입 건수 등을 한 눈에 파악할 수 있도록 시각화 대시보드로 구성하였다. 또한, 우리의 시각화 도구는 연도별/월별 분석, 단골 가입 건수, 마케팅 카테고리 별 MMS 발송, 텔레마케팅 활동 등을 대시보드로 제공한다. |
영문내용
(English Abstract) |
Due to the rapid proliferation of smart devices, the volume of data has been explosively increased and thus the importance of data analysis and visualization is also increasing. The purpose of this paper is to implement a visualization dashboard so that it can help create added value and utilize marketing through analysis of network subscriber information. To do so, by utilizing data analysis and visualization with network subscriber information, we organize visual dashboards so that the information on regular customers’ status, monthly trend, and the number of regular customers per store and so on can be grasped at a glance. In addition, our visualization tool provides annual/monthly analysis, number of regular customers, MMS dispatch per marketing category, telemarketing activities, etc. as dashboards. |
