¿§Áö ÄÄÇ»ÆÃÀº »ç¹°ÀÎÅͳÝÀÇ Á¾´Ü Áö¿ª¿¡¼­ ¹ß»ýÇÏ´Â »ç°ÇµéÀ» ºü¸£°í Áö´ÉÀûÀ¸·Î ó¸®ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù. (English Abstract)
Edge computing can quickly and intelligently process events that occur in the endpoint of the Internet of Things (IoT). To this end, numerous things must be placed in the edge area and must consist of clusters of various forms. However, connecting multiple things in a physical environment and verifying the appropriateness of things operation requires many resources. Also, it is challenging to assess if a configured cluster is an effective architecture. To address these problems, in this paper, we propose a simulator that can evaluate the effectiveness of cluster architectures. The proposed simulator uses Raspberry Pi as a physical model and evaluates the similarity between the simulator and the Raspberry Pi in aspect of the resource consumption of CPU, battery and bandwidth to prove the simulator's accuracy. Performance is evaluated through two service programs based on the results of the similarity evaluation. Simulation results show that edge cluster should be capable of various configuration depending on service program characteristic and provide information to determine suitable cluster scale.
